A typical installation can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Install time is dependent on several factors, such as the size of the order, location, add ons, etc. Orders that consist of multiple garlands, one large garland, or multiple setups may take more than an hour.

If left indoors and stays untouched, a garland can last weeks. If installed outside, a garland will typically last a few days. A few things that shorten the life of your garland: direct sunlight, wind, constant touching, installation surface. We recommend any outdoor installs be shaded to extend the life of the balloons.

We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on our schedule since we often purchase any and all supplies needed for your event in advance.

We take as many precautions as we can when hanging balloons inside. We typically layer command hooks over painters tape to make sure removal won’t cause any damage to the walls.

We have several options for setups that don’t need a wall. We offer different stand options, in varying sizes and styles, that balloons can be attached to. We also have some free standing balloon display styles that don’t require a stand. Don’t forget we also offer helium bouquets!
